Mishka General Trading FZ LLC (“we”, “our”, or “us”) operates the website ambrahome.com (the “Website”) and other social media platforms for the purpose of selling home decor products online. We are registered in Ras Al Khaimah Free Zone, UAE.
We are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. This Returns and Refund Policy outlines the terms under which returns, refunds, and exchanges are processed.
Returns

Products may be returned within 7 days of receipt, provided they are in original condition, unused, and in original packaging with all tags attached.

Proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt) is required for all returns. 
- 
Items that are damaged, altered, or not in their original condition will not be eligible for return. 
- 
Please check the delivered item(s) carefully before signing the delivery note. Once the items have been delivered and accepted, no claims for damaged items will be entertained. 
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

Customized or personalized products. 
- 
Items marked as “Final Sale”. 
- 
Products that have been damaged or altered after delivery. 
Refunds
- 
Refunds will be processed only for items that are eligible for return. 
- 
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7ā10 business days of receiving the returned item.

Shipping charges and other non-refundable charges are not eligible for refund. 
Exchanges
- 
Exchanges are subject to stock availability. 
-

Return Process

Pack the items securely and ship them to the return address provided by our customer support team.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part. 
Cancellation Policy
- 
You may cancel your order before it has been processed (on the same day within 3 hours of placing the order). Refunds will be made through the original mode of payment only. Please allow up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed. 
- 
Once the order has been picked and processed at our warehouse (3 hours after placing the order), you may still cancel the order; however, a re-stocking fee of 15% is applicable. The balance would be refunded in the form of online store credit valid for 30 days.
